DUAL PRICING PROGRAM

Secure Bancard's Preset Dual Pricing program offsets the merchant's cost of credit card processing fees by encouraging customers to pay in cash. The system presents a cash or credit option to the customer on the terminal. Customers using credit cards pay the full price, which covers payment processing costs. 

Dual Pricing programs can be used in traditional brick-and-mortar businesses or eCommerce sales. Virtually any type of business can implement a Dual Pricing program.

DOES DUAL PRICING APPLY TO DEBIT?

It is prohibited by the card brands to apply an extra fee to debit. While some processors may turn a blind eye to this practice, it is prohibited and providing it opens up the merchant, ISO/Agent, and processor to significant fines. The SBC Dual Pricing Program provides a fully compliant and competitive solution.  

If the merchant does accept debit transactions, the amount will not be adjusted, and the merchant will absorb the cost of debit processing.   

DUAL PRICING SIGNAGE

An important part of dual pricing compliance is the signage at the merchant's business.  You can use the below link to edit the signage required to match your branding.  We do not recommend changing the verbiage, but feel free to change the colors, font, and logo.  We recommend placing this type of signage at both the entrance and checkout area.  This link will direct you to edit the sign in Canva, which is free to use for editing and saving this project.  You can order prints directly from Canva, or save the project as a .png and print at your local printer.

Terminal Options: The Valor VL100 ($225), VL110 ($300), and VL500 ($310) are the exclusive terminal options for this program. 

Per occurrence Fees: ACH Reject, Chargebacks, Retrievals, PCI Non-Comp all at $25

Minimum Monthly Processing Fee: $25

Dual Pricing Monthly Program Fee: $15
